Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
- Once the order is processed or dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.
Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged or spoiled product received
Important Notes
- You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof (images/videos).
- After verification, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after delivery
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
